Gabi got to meet Grandpa Dave and Grandma Polly (VanAcker) over Labor Day Weekend! I can't believe that a week has already gone by...but anyway, here are some pictures.

The wonderful pictures of the VanAcker family at play don't even look like one of you was in the hospital recently. How wonderful to read that Gabi is doing great and doesn't need to see a doctor until December! Unbelievable! ...and oh so incredible.
